We also moved to the far side. It was better anyway. Don't think it has been mentioned but thought the support last night was excellent, particularly for mid week. Let's keep it up. I hardly think we need to worry about capacity Billy, do you?! I don't think we are struggling to fit them in!! Fair enough. It could arise if a cup game against league opposition occurs though , couldn't it ? That whole area is now useless.Last night i sat a few rows back from my normal spot , the new installations block out some of the pitch even right up the back of the stand let alone the first few rows. It's a diabolical liberty.

I noticed the old boy in the red coat and cap who is at every game has had to move to the other side of the ground. How do these monstrosities affect the capacity ? Please do not direct me to old threads (which i myself posted in ages ago) thankyou.I don't have time to go through them.Thankyou. But you do have time to say anyone who disagreed with your choice of man of the match has the brains of a dead ant, a far from funny comment about the dugout, and telling Rupert Scallywag to "f*ck off" I also have time to tell you that you are what my Grandfather used to call "a right old Mary Anne" do you wear a replica shirt to the game/s ?

No Billy I don't. I also don't go to any games at all because I find the queueing awful, I think £10 is a rip off for a load of people not bothered on a pitch with a standard of football well below Chelseas.
Bringing this thread back to what it was about in the first place, Medibot is spot on with his overall analysis. I don't think the Horsham team were actually too bad, and at times played a good game. We just didn't allow that to happen that much!

Also Tonbridge went from 2-0 up at halftime to 2-3 home to Bury last night as well. So they stay bottom, Happy Times! Yeah, broke my heart when I heard that.

Don't worry Billy. There are plenty of supporters who think the new dugouts are an eye sore and are inapropriately placed despite what Andy says! However i'm sure they were put there with the best of intentions.

Delboy you are right, and that's been discussed in another thread. I won't post the link to it, as it will probably upset Billy again.

Actually, this should be here, sorry! "John Maggs insists that his players must take last night's defeat against Sutton United 'on the chin' after being outplayed for most of the game by the promotion favourites. "Sutton won't lose too many matches if they play like that this season, that's for sure," the Hornets boss admitted. "They were quick, strong, powerful and had quality all over the pitch. In my opinion, they look better than Dartford last year and we all saw how they walked away with the title....."Link to full article is on twitter

Credit to Horsham for trying to play last night and their supporters for being so honest about the game, but I would not mind putting few quid on the fact that we will not see too many sides with similar tactics. We won't see back lines so high up the pitch exposing them to our pace and Concord is likely to be the norm rather than the exception. We have done well in every game the opposition has come to give us a game yet failed to score in the 2 matches when teams sat back against us. If we can crack that nut we can go on to win the title, but as someone who watches every Arsenal game knows its an entirely different game when you have 2 banks of 4 parked around the penalty box.
