We really need to win tonight and get our season back on track.Another poor performance and questions will be asked about the management team.

It's probably a bit early to be saying it's a 6-pointer tonight, but let's be honest - it is. We need to start building some confidence with the games against Cambridge, Woodford and WSM coming up

I wouldn't question the management team... firstly I'd question the players. Then if/when the manager makes player changes - if we don't recover after that, then it's time to worry. To be honest I think we're a long way from that panic station yet.
I'm not saying it's not frustrating though.

We all know they are a good management team and i believe they have to make some player changes soon. Not too worried yet although surprised at some team selections. It would not be good if we have an early cup exit but lets look on the bright side and stuff Hayes today!

Without being harsh, if we can't beat Hayes and Yeading at home then do we really deserve to be in the league!!?!?!?!?!?
Lets get behind the boys tonight. I remember a dire game against Newport a couple of years ago, one of the worst i've seen in my 20 years of supporting Sutton. The fans rallied round at the next game away to Eastbourne, and although we didn't win, the positive effect we had on the team was clear for all to see....lets build that vibe up again tonight everyone!

I agree with Andy above, it's not a time to be negative on the terraces, we have to be positive as supporters and get behind the team tonight, no matter how frustrating an evening it may be. A win/good performance tonight could be the trigger to kick-start our season.

We have had exactly the same start as last season, five points from eight games, although the gd is worse this season. The ninth match last season was Ross Gaynor's hat trick debut against WSM.
Here's hoping.

So far in this thread, two people have now pre-empted bits from my editorial welcome in the programme... why do I bother?

Funnily enough i was asked why i bother on Saturday morning (and those who spoke to me will know who asked!) and my only answer was the hope that the Second half of Eastleigh would happen a little more often. You can't not go in case you miss it

Can we have it for half price now then?

Not enough people buy it anymore... Which is a shame considering people think it's one of the best in the league.
