Its not just about Stadium development, its not gone quiet see: suttonunited.net/community_cwrec.htmlor last Saturday's match programme. One of the main first goals was to get football back to the rec, and the likes of Tony HS and John James deserve a lot of credit for the work they are putting in to the project. Rome wasn't built in a day

As OS has said, this is a long-term project. The stadium remodelling is not straightforward and even once a final plan is in place there is the question of funding. Grants are potentially available but are not guaranteed and would not cover 100% of the costs. A lot of work has been going on behind the scenes with repeated meetings with relevant offical bodies but the only obvious sign of progress is the restoration of football to Collingwood Rec. In any event, that had to be the first step. Rest assured that the team continues to work hard but the outcome is not, and never was a foregone conclusion. I think cautious optimism is perhaps the most apt summary.

Are we already trying to raise finance within the club for the development or are we waiting to see if we are going to get the necessary grants to make it viable?

The number of pitches was in agreement with the council. The rec couldn't hold enough pitches for all our junior teams to be based there.
Yes, the FDP does have a fund already started. I think it is already in five figures but it is still early days. The real push will come when we have a more definite idea of the sum we are trying to raise.

HYBY118223D1 Tania is like Irène. She expects fat letters. But there is another Tania, a Tania Discount Uggs Outlet like a big seed who scatters pollen everywhere – or, let us say, a little bit of Tolstoy, a stable scene in Uggs For men which the fetus is dug up. Tania is a fever, too – les voies urinaires, Café de la Liberté, Place des Vosges, bright neckties on the Boulevard Uggs Clearance Sale Montparnasse, dark bathrooms, Porto Uggs Sneakers Sec, Abdullah cigarettes, the adagio sonata Pathétique, aural amplificators, anecdotal Kids Uggs seances, burnt sienna breasts, heavy garters, what time is it, golden pheasants stuffed with Discount Uggs Nightfall Boots 5359 On Sale chestnuts, taffeta fingers, vaporish twilights turning to ilex, acromegaly, cancer and delirium, warm veils, poker chips, carpets of blood and soft thighs. Judging from the plans, the terracing (or seating?) goes down to ground level but there are two dugouts and two disabled areas right in front of them! The rules about seated areas in the lowere leagues such as the Combined Counties have led to a number of these ready made stands being installed to meet the requirement, but they are useless for spectators!

It would be covered standing to replace the existing terrace.

Thanks to everyone who has so far taken up the offer to secure a 10% discount off their season ticket for ten seasons by donating 250 pounds to the development fund. You still have a chance to do this up to the point that you purchase next year's season ticket.
The really good news is that we are almost at the stage where we can submit our planning application and if that gets approved we can apply for the grants we need to make the development happen.
