Big Loss losing Wayne - I cant wait for the players to get back to training so we get some news on signings because at the moment we seem light on players, Jamie Stuart came on board to replace Anwar but then we have lost Sam Page,Bradley,Wayne Shaw and CBB and plus it was mentioned Telfer wouldnt be playing as much.

I know Dos said he has shaken hands with a couple of players but i suppose until they turn up to training and sign it dosent mean anything

Yes big surprise at Waynes departure I thought he was a fixture at GGL. No mention so far on the official site, perhaps he wanted a new challenge or a desire to return.. Also CCB leaving, according to Sutton he wanted a year out, but within days had signed for H & W to join Page & Taggart.
All will be forgotten when DOS announces his new signings....looking forward to the new season onwards & upwards.

I forgot about Taggart !! Also the big thing with Wayne is that he was a coach that helped with cover so didnt raise the budget - If we get a replacement your basically paying a player to sit on the bench which i know Dos mentioned a few seasons ago at the managers meetings

I wouldn't be too concerned about that. The website is, like many other things at the club, run by great people who do these things outside of their normal jobs, so it's more of a case of finding the time to do it, plus talking to the right people so what goes on the website is an official statement from the club. So there sometimes is a delay between finding things out from other official sources i.e. other clubs and it going 'live'

It was however, retweeted from the official Sutton United account last night
