There's been plenty of discussion about Saturday's game, but that's all water under the bridge now. So here's a new thread for the decisive match tomorrow which promises to be another cracker.
Do we think Dos should make any changes to the starting line-up? I'd like to see Rents at LB so that Binns can push forward more, but that would presumably mean a midfielder dropping to the bench. And is there a case for starting Clough at CB with Downer moving to RB? Nelson scored on Saturday but he did look uncertain at times in defence and was turned for the opening goal.

I thought about this and reckon we are at home we are in the league above and we should play our attacking wingback system. If they decide to play open and come at us on our own patch then there will only be one winner we need not fear anyone at GGL.

What do we think the crowd will be? I'm guessing on about 1000

What do we think the crowd will be? I'm guessing on about 1000 Hemel have a coach full (89) so there should be a good away support. I hope to see a 1000 but it is likely to be less.

No question they will go for it from the off same as Saturday and I think we will be ready for that this time. I would also make a case for the return of rentsy as binns gave them real trouble whenever he got forward. With the storm passed and a dry and breezy day forecast the pitch should be nice and slick suiting a high temp passing game which our lads should make the most of. With the weather set fair and a cracking game in prospect we should get a decent crowd in and the atmosphere under the lights should fire it up nicely.

Good luck tonight fellas, whilst the money would be handy I cant help feeling that a long cup run is the something we could live without. We have another Cup game Saturday and Chesham have now caught us up in the league whilst we've been having fun elsewhere. We had Bedford away tonight so thats another fixture we have to fit in. Not going to knock it if we manage to sneak a result but I wont be broken hearted if we dont. I think we had our best chance at Vauxhall Road, reckon you'll be too strong at your place, but its the FA Cup and you never know. Should be around 100+ coming down so it should be a good atmosphere and we aren't a bad bunch, honest !

And let's not forget that Kidderminster and Bradford PA are also replaying this evening. So, as long as there are no extra time complications, the winners at GGL should know their 1st Round opponents soon after the final whistle.

Gutted I'm working till 8 tonight - will hopefully make it down later.
Well I'm hoping its us - they'll be up for it no doubt about that but I just can't see past us at the moment.
In the other game I'd love to see Bradford pull off a shock against Kiddy but who knows

I think your manager and players will make up for your lack of interest With £12000 going to the winners this game will be treated like a cup final for both teams.

ok a couple of things
1. I didn't realise that the replay would be played so quick. I thought that there is always a week at least before a replay or is that just in the later stages? So how many people in Sutton actually know this is going on tonight?
2. I would have gone but already have a ticket for Arsenal v Chelsea tonight. by the way the tickets for that are £10. Sutton are charging £12...
anyway really hope that Sutton get through, maybe get a cup run like a couple of years ago again.

Qualifying rounds always have replays being played immediately, later rounds do it differently. Whilst Arsenal are charging £10 tonight, its only because it's a League Cup game, they'll go back to extortionate prices (£65 and up) that put me off Premier League football completely once they get back to league action. Confident we can win tonight but it won't be easy. Only way I could get to Bradford or Kidderminster if we got through would be on a supporters coach...

I'm sure both teams will be up for it and a first round tie would be great as long as it didn't affect our league ambitions too much and with a relatively small squad, playing too many fixtures could start to take its toll but I'm sure our supporters or the players wont even be thinking about that tonight ! See you all later ! p.s. Thanks to sufc who has been a visitor to our forum and has sent us some great links, cheers !

It was to give police time to arrange cover. Historically If police were asked to work before seven days they got better rates for overtime. People who support or follow Sutton would know the replay was tonight. I don't think it will effect the attendance tonight. The extra cost watching the game reflects the importance both clubs place on this game You will watching the reserves tonight
