Forget the weather for the time being. A Sutton win, coupled with a Macclesfield defeat, draw or postponement, would see us back on top of the table.

Should be a good game and hopefully another 3 points, Maidstone fans generally good on the whole but I’ve witnessed some let’s say unfriendly fans in the past, never look forward to playing MUFC but I’ll be there of course. UTFS 💛⚽️🔶

Remember 2 years ago. Winning there. Winning there made the impossible a reality and put us within striking distance of the title. Coincidentally we also lost to Maidstone 2-0 at home early in the season (like this season). 8 of the players in the squad that night are still with us (10 if you count Worner and Spence) - they will remember what that night was like as I'm sure many of us who were there.
The top 5 are all away tomorrow, and with Tranmere going to BW and Wrexham going to Woking, 4 out of those 5 are in the "yellow warning of snow" area. Only Aldershot are relatively ok with going to Chester. If there is a "white out" tomorrow with those games (including ours, but obviously not due to the pitch!) then rearranged games midweek will favour us more than the others, especially Macclesfield travelling to Dover (infact Macclesfield's closest away game for the rest of the season for them is Boreham Wood).
At least whatever the outcome tomorrow we will at very worst stay in 2nd. But as the Aleman said, it's not beyond the realms of possibility for us to the top of the tree come 5pm tomorrow. Incentive enough for any player I think!

I think if Macc win tomorrow and we don't then it will be difficult for us to catch them but if we win and they don't then we have every chance. It's going to be a very nervous run in. On the Dover forum they do a prediction league. I'll take their predictions as they have us winning 1-0 and Macc, Tranmere and Wrexham all losing 1-0.
Hopefully it won't be too difficult getting there and back.
Come on you Yellows.

The "yellow" warning has just been upgraded to an "Amber" warning ironically - but from 4pm. I think our game will be fine, but everyone take care heading home, it could get tricky.

Just spoke to the office at Maidstone. A very helpful gentleman informed me that there will be a bar behind the stand for away fans showing the Swansea game before the match. Between 1230 and 1330 all pints are £1.50!!!

This may not be the best day to wear all white! Have you been washing your away kit in bleach again, miss Cat?

I'm in a village near Maidstone that normally gets cut off and it's heavy but not settling. No big delays on the Arriva bus app either. Even my wife drove in it, something she normally refuses to do. Can't guarantee the return journey though.
