SUFCtv : Will be at the meeting tomorrow and will be filming. The meeting will not be streamed live as there maybe content not intended for the public domain.
As always if you want the information 1st hand and if you want your say, then attend the meeting if you can. For those that can't we will do our best to cover the main issues..

I would urge supporters who might be considering coming along to attend. Both of the previous 'Q&A' sessions have been excellent, with both Bruce and Dos on top form and answering all questions with a searing honesty - last year saw Tommy Wright also take to the stage and join in. What with the announcement of future plans, if you can come along then it might be prudent to do so and become part of the organic nature of SUFC - in it together.

How about eating at home ,then you haven't got to be bothered with food at a football match. Yeah that's a brilliant idea. Wouldn't it be wonderful if everybody did just that and closed an income stream for the club. Think before you type.

There would be nothing wrong with the idea of implementing those ideas, unless you're taking the piss? Veggie options (while not exactly an essential ingredient in forming the blueprint for our future) would be most welcome to people in this ever growing market. In case you think I'm some sort of militant vegan, that would be very far from the truth. I enjoy a mixed grill as much as the next man but why not offer the option? Let's hope he is.Unbefuckinglievable.This place has turned into an absolute F***ing joke over the last year or so. Why?

Let's hope he is.Unbefuckinglievable.This place has turned into an absolute F***ing joke over the last year or so. Why? I'll confess it wasn't a serious comment - with Clubs that have massive budgets in this League - discussing pies and rolls is fine but when they don't get bought - who suffers the loss? Whether it be the Club or external caterers - most away days I've been to don't have a Greggs in the ground - hold on have I just hit on something? For most of us that read the forum we know he really is a "silly Billy" who likes to cause ripples....

A Greggs at a football ground? Think I'd prefer to bring my own microwave and a Pukka Pie. I'd find a plug socket somewhere. An all steak pie as well of course.
Hope the meeting went well.

Hope the meeting went well. Let's just say that the subject of catering did not come up once.

I wasn't there so I have no idea whether the above comments are serious or in jest...

Well, I came away last night with an odd sense of enthusiasm and empathy. We are a family club and I love that we all support each other as much as we support the team on the pitch.
Not sure about how others feel but I find myself stuck between a rock and a hard place. I don't have the time or abilty to really commit to helping the club as a volunteer, although I certainly will do in the future. I also can't help financially but will get myself involved in some of the initiatives mentioned. All I can do I keep supporting, keep buying my pints and feeding the boy his chips. And spreading the word.
So I can whack up some season ticket flyers around my work and ask in local businesses if they will put them up too - will these be available from the club office on a match day if I wanted to pick some up?

All help is gratefully appreciated, whether it is on a regular basis or a one-off. There are some flyers left in the club office but a lot went last night and we will get some more printed. If anyone can help distribute these to friends or at work etc etc, then just ask at the office.

Didn't Dos say specifically that he didn't want this on the forum? Yes.
