Not entirely sure that this is the place to be posting this but I've read from the Evening Standard (online) that Sutton has the lowest drop in Covid cases out of all the London Boroughs. 51.8%.
Everyone may know this anyway but well done all of you.
Maybe we might be back before the end of the season. (Hopeful/wishful thinking).

Everyone may know this anyway but well done all of you. Maybe we might be back before the end of the season. (Hopeful/wishful thinking). Case rates in Sutton (London, and the country as a whole) are lower than they were when we were allowed into games in December. I think that's a hopeful sign. The true test will be when schools go back in a couple of weeks. Back to football though - Eastleigh beating Hartlepool did us a big favour last night, although Notts C winning at Kings Lynn (which one would expect) and Wrexham also winning means there is 3 points between 2nd place (us) and 7th place (Eastleigh). Whilst the teams in 4th - 7th have all played at least 2 more games than we have, Notts have caught right up, with 1 points and a 3 goal difference between us. As someone mentioned before, it could well be the results between the top teams that sort out the division. We've played all of the top 7 sides at least once now, and 3 of our 4 defeats have been against teams in those positions (Wrexham, Hartlepool and Notts C). We've got 4 of them to play at home and 2 away (including Notts C). Also worth mentioning that out of the 3 teams we've not played yet, 2 of them occupy the bottom two places in the league and their combined number of wins between them is just over half the number of games we've won.

All I'm saying is, if we'd been permitted to play Dover last night I'm pretty sure that Matt and the boys would have nabbed us another 3 points.
Now I'm going to let it go. (Yeah, right!)
