Looks like plenty has been said already about this game. Every game for us is so important now and 3 points on Saturday would really put the pressure on Torquay on Sunday.
Our ideal scenario is for us to win & Torquay to drop points so that those of us lucky enough to go to GGL to see us play Hartlepool could cheer us on to the Championship.

Funny side Maidenhead. They can beat Chesterfield and Torquay at home then lose to Aldershot and Weymouth, and get a draw against Barnet. Obviously on their day they can get a result against anyone. Aside from beating Torquay and Hartlepool (that we all know about), they got a very credible 2-2 at Stockport and Wrexham not so long ago. They seem to do well against sides challenging for the play offs and less well against middling teams. Saying that, they have only won 3 times in their last 10 games (Hartlepool away, Woking at home and a thumping at Wealdstone), but again have only lost 3 (1-0 defeats to Eastleigh and Weymouth, and the 4-0 last week to Notts which I expect would have been less if their keeper didn't go off injured).
10 points off a play off spot with 5 to play I expect puts them out of contention, but never the less we're going to have to be on song to get the 3 points.
As for the "Maidenhead curse". That happened under Doswell, and we've already broken that on the opening day of the season. I expect Matt is going to treat this game for exactly what it is.

Win and we are almost there.
🤞 for a fully fit squad for Matt to pick from.
Prediction tomorrow morning (I’m not quite sure at the moment how much we are going to win by).

What's this about signing a goalie on loan from Reading? What happened to the Transfer Deadline?

There is special dispensation for specialised positions, i.e. goalkeeper. The club has to satisfy the FA that they have no other options before being allowed to sign a player outside the transfer deadline. They obviously had a watertight case.

Just heard no MIXLR tomorrow, home club have decided not to allow it :

Thanks Maidenhead. This is one of the few games I've not been in a position to view the live stream, and now I can't follow our very excellent Mixlr comentary. Does anyone know if there is local radio coverage?

I think, the last time we played them away, it was certainly on BBC Radio Berkshire. So let's hope it is this time.
Very poor from Maidenhead, at this stage of the season.

Here we go then, big one for our lot today. As mentioned it would be good to really put some pressure on Torquay with a win - something we haven’t managed at Maidenhead for a number of years, Sutton really are due a win there.
It sounds like the squad is pretty much fully fit which at this stage of the season is a credit to the players for looking after themselves and the physios for their conditioning and rehab.

In response to an earlier question there does not appear to be a BBC radio commentary for our match today. I checked the list on the BBC sports site. (Aldershot supporters however have their match on 2 radio stations).

Do BBC local radio stations have something against us? Aldershot (in Hants) and Woking have commentaries from BBC Radio Surrey even though their seasons are over. We are pushing for the title and but there's no coverage???

I have worked for BBC Radio for 21 years.
And I started out @bbc Surrey and SU were never on their radar @the radio station.
I covered Woking, Farnborough, Aldershot, Crawley but never SU.
After a couple of years I moved onto BBC London and once again same as above - I covered Barnet, Leyton O, Dag & Red and the other main clubs of London but never SU.
If you take Bromley - BBC Kent flirt with them when they fancy it otherwise the main clubs in KENT’s patch are Maidstone, Dover, Gillingham and a few others.
================
If 🤞we make it to the football league you will find BBC London or maybe BBC Surrey latching onto us and taking up my favourite press seat in the Grandstand 🏟.
