After we win on Saturday there will be a demand for me to start every match day thread Oh well, I can hope! Due to issues at their recent fixture against Tranmere Rovers. Crawley have issued a statement. LINK

Thank you Stewart I am sure the new searches will be applied to our fans diligently so good to know early arrival will be important. Hopefully the club will be giving our fans advice.

Crawley have issued a statement. LINKI would take a point. Important we don't get too desperate from the win and lose while pushing forward again. Let's get a point on the road and go for the three points when at home.

Clamour more than demand..... www.crawleytownfc.com/club/bagpolicy/Here is the exemption form. No answer as yet if same one for away fans but same policy applies so hope so. Head of supporters association linked me to this form so I guess the right one. I have printed a few off to bring on coach if people don't have access to a printer

No fecker will be able to get there as it looks like there are no trains in and out of Crawley. As if going to that nasty arsewart of a town and dealing with their racist fans wasn't bad enough, it now looks like a rubber glove rummage will be part of the experience too. On this occasion, the rail companies might well have saved me an even more unpleasant experience than Crawley usually provides.

We probably won’t see loads of the ball in this one. They’re high up the list of sides dominating the ball and we’re towards the bottom. Doesn’t mean we can’t get something of course. Defend well and be clinical and we can get the job done. 2 big home games to follow. Let’s hope this is the week that gets our season going.

Not sure where you’re travelling from but there must be spare capacity in cars travelling up or options to share cabs/mini buses. We need all the support we can get. Perhaps a travel thread for Sat and people putting down if they are able to or need help getting there is in order given train issues.

We've got a 100% record against Crawley in League Two (played four, won four). It would be good to continue that on Saturday, but it won't be easy. Rather than struggling, as many expected, they're actually 4th in the table.

Does anybody know what is happening with tickets not being available online currently?
Apologies if I have missed anything obvious....I've got A levels in it!

I checked with my counterpart at Crawley and confirmed that everything that applies to Crawley supporters tomorrow also applies to us, so anyone going should have a look at the article that is linked to in an earlier post on this thread. I'll try and summarise the main points in the match preview later.
And as regards tickets I've checked about that as well and as is I gather the usual practice away tickets are taken off line at 9am on the day before the game. If you want to get one before tomorrow they are on sale in the club shop this morning between 10 and 12, or you can get them at Crawley tomorrow at no extra charge, from the ticket cabin or ticket office, cash or card accepted.

Many thanks for this information. I wasn't aware of the 09:00 online deadline but absolutely my fault for leaving it so late to buy one! I'll pick one up on the day now.

I spent a period living in that “town” because of work , much to my shame .
