We don't share personal messages in public. No one is forced to share personal messages. The fact that you are demanding to see any users personal messages is pathetic. I think it's clear to see what your motivation is to make 4 threads on the same subject, especially as you have no issue with the "reply" function. If you find any other articles on the topic, you're welcome to share them on this thread, as you've obviously spent time looking for them. From now on, starting a new thread on this particular topic/story will result in that thread being deleted instantly, and I'll discuss with the other admins if we feel collectively if further action needs to be taken. |

as a diversity tactic due to your lack of proof from which at the same time is not a demand but a request.Do you have rules and regulations regarding opening a new thread? TBF the article raises a new point that I don't think has been covered elsewhere relating to comments made by the father of someone who played against Blair saying that his daughter was intimidated by her. Having the said that the articles are starting to become somewhat repetitive. Incidentally the link didn't work for me but I found the article on Yahoo News. BTW, I wholeheartedly endorse Andy's stance re grouping posts together in the same thread rather than starting new ones. |

I did not ask for the other threads to have been closed, but had they not been then I would have. There is no point in having multiple threads for one subject.
Having read the latest article it also adds nothing, an unnamed father of an unnamed player who once played against Blair (in past 5 years) felt intimidated. May be valid feelings or may be made up rubbish (like the players refusing to play, Lucy's lack of management experience or only ever managing on a computer game, forcing a player to leave so we could sn Blair, Lucy's comment from a few years back re the Trans team she was managing etc etc)

This is a complex thread, I think there is more than one argument going on here, even venturing into the fabric of modern society itself.
But on the subject in hand, I have not been convinced that transgender participation in female sport / football is the right thing. That might be a minority view on this board, but judging by other platforms it is the majority view. Just because I hold that view, it doesn't make me a transphobe or anti LGBT and the same is true for the majority of people who also hold that view. The problem comes when all of a sudden I find myself to be a fascist anti gay right wing bigot who wants to burn the unclean at a stake. That type of classification is totally unfair and wrong, and I think this was the point that 'paz' was making in an earlier post with regards to authoritarian, and narratives.
My relative has transitioned to female, they work in a care home, and show their female caring side and all that goes with it, but she also has the strength of an ox and can lift patients in and out of bed with one arm. To me she is a women, but I really wouldn't want my daughter to be caught up in a sliding tackle with her.
You can shoot me now!
