We play the other promoted side from the National North this weekend in the shape of Boston United. The pilgrims have struggled adapting to life in this division losing 4 of their 6 games so far though managed an impressive victory at York in their last away game.
I’m hopeful of a home win here but we must of course guard against complacency, we need to bounce back after last weekends disappointing defeat to Forest Green.
I’ll be keenly following the score from Lisbon this weekend.

Boston go into this game second-bottom in the table, that 2-0 win at York out of keeping with their other results. They'll be without experienced midfielder Jordan Richards, sent off in their 3-1 home defeat to Yeovil last weekend.

It's something of a relief to get back to events on the pitch after a week of you-know-what.
This will be our fourth home game on successive Saturdays which is extremely rare. Is it some sort of record?

I think Boston will play with an abundance of caution so i go for 1-0 to Sutton United.

Every single player that stopped when the linesman's flag went up for the third should be doing laps of the pitch in their pants until they throw up. You learn from the age of 5 - play to the whistle. If you haven't heard the whistle, you keep on playing. One of the most embarrassing goals I've seen us concede since Alan Julian let the defenders back pass through his legs for an own goal at Hereford.

This is as bad as first part of last season. Just as well Boston are part time and not as fit as us!

That was one shambles’s off a performance by a promising side, but our defence went walk bouts today and needs work doing to it. Yes it’s a new and a young team, but if they did not know now how unforgiving this league is they do now. ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Could have played all night and they wouldn’t have scored.

Terrible. Second half was abysmal, I see a theme developing here hope I'm wrong.
