Blimey you should see other forums of clubs at this level! Homophobia, racism and everything is rife. We're angels compared!

And that's the whole point we are a cut above the rest and they know it, so lets keep it that way You want to see censorship you should see AFCHx forum they delete every other post as not in the interest of the club, its a bit like the 3rd Reich over there and I would not be surprised if posters went missing in the middle of the night either?

Pretty good summary there Filbert. Thought it was a typical local derby, pretty scrappy at times. They certainly shaded possession first half, but we created by far the better chances and took them. Two great goals from Charlie, the second being an excellent ball from Pouts and a great finish. Second half, the changes seemed to subdue us slightly and we sat too deep. However we always looked dangerous on the break. Really should have had a couple more before the end when they went 3 at the back to try & get something. Still, 3 points in a local derby & local bragging rights is all that counts. So I'm happy! But enough of such tittle tattle. Lets get to the really big talking point of the weekend (ie Billy's comments). I have to say calling Sam 'a donkey' is a bit out of order. Not his best game by any stretch but he worked hard. Still, it's his opinion, fair enough. And at least he's making his feelings known here rather than at the game out loud. As for them down the road, they're not a happy bunch at the moment are they?

Not a great game on a heavy pitc but once we had gone two up, we just soaked up what they had to offer and then broke with ease & really should have douubled the scoreline.
As for Robins, one would expec them to be a different proposition next week (weather permitting) but I thought that was the worse performance I've seen from them against U's for some time.
As for the Gargan debate, well Billy, work out the goals against apperances ratio yourself. Sam has spent much of this season up front on his own. His work rate is phenomenal and he ha scored some important goals for us this season.
To call him a donkey is to have little apprecation of what he gives to the side. Ok he didn't have his best game for U's yesterday but we still won at a canter. If you get two goals out of your strikers each game, does it matter who scores them?
Your continuous questionning of Steve Watts availability also suggests you don't keep up with what goes on at this club. You just turn up for home games and then make your observations afterwards. You don't really get the full picture only seeing 50% of matches a season.
BTW, was it that same "donkey" who scored that superb goal at H&R in the FAC earlier this season?
You indeed have the right to your opinion on here but expect to be shouted down when you spout complete rubbish!

Do me a favour. It bounced 17 times - my old Granny would have saved that no trouble.

A great shot right in the corner (where I was standing). It didn't bounce it moved across the surface and left their 'keeper stranded.
Sorry, Billy, but having given you the benefit of the doubt for being a dinosaur (as you admit), I can no longer take anything you post on here seriously; which is a shame for somebody who has played the game at the level you have. Perhaps that's the problem?

I pay my tenner ,plus a pound to get in the stand plus an outrageous 2.50 for a programme and just post my observations on what i have seen.
If anyone is really upset or offended by "tub of lard" or "donkey" then i offer my sincere and humble apolgies.
Like everyone else i'd like to see the club, who i first watched in 1965,make progress - that's all.
BTW I don't get to many away games because i don't drive.

It's a pity that nobody at Sutton seems in the least bit offended when a bunch of idiots stand behind the goal chanting non stop obscene abuse in front of the many women and children who come to watch the team. Could you let me know when this is going to happen as I'd like to join in.

Trolling is the practice of purposely antagonising people on teh internets. WHS, I think is 'what, holy s***' or something like that.

The use of TLAs should be banned.
WHS = "what he said" - there is a quote in a box followed by 'WHS' - signals agreement with the statement, use of arrows is sometimes employed alongside ^^^^^^

Billy, having the dumbest opinions about football of anyone on this board is one thing, but this persistence is making me think you are just trolling to create a reaction. And now I've fallen for it as well. You have successfully turned what should have been a most agreeable laugh at our neighbours into a sour subject. Congratulations. WHS WHS^^^^
