With regard to a 'meet the manager' type evening, the club have been approached via Andree on the SC committee to try & set one up (SC are doing it as they know who to speak to etc!).
I was hoping to find out more on saturday, but Andree wasn't at the game. As soon as we know more, we'll let people know ASAP.

Take nothing for granted. Woodford will be well up for this and at home.
We MUST create another lead and build on it.
If their keeper plays well again, we really dont want penalties. Come on U's.

if you have a company and things are looking bad you sit the board down and look for answers all things are taken on board and the owner takes the action he feels is right .The Sutton board need to ask if IH is the man they think can lead Sutton to glory if so give him the backing he inturn needs to get all the players together and ask them what is wrong everybody needs to have their say work together and turn it around getting a new manager might help for a few games but the same players will be at the club I go week in week out and yes i have seen us play some bad games but i will keep going and we will turn it round .I dont know if IH style is do as i say if it is we are in big trouble if not the players are just as much to blame but our job as supporters is to support not slag lets get behind the team

The Sutton board need to ask if IH is the man they think can lead Sutton to glory At present I don't need to be led to glory. Mid-table will do.

Didn't IH already get the dreaded 'vote of confidence'?

Lets hope it doesn't go pear shape tonight for everybody at the clubs sake and the money generated. However, if it does Ian should resign. Please don't take my posts as a witch hunt, I just want the best for SUFC. It was a big gamble for IH to try and change everything JR had installed at the club during his tenure, unfortunately and statistically it hasn't paid off. FFS get a result tonight. Good Luck. P.S. Mark F. It took me two days to find out what FFS meant!

Dorchester managed to lose their replay at Paulton - and they are full-time.
I am told Craig Tanner missed last night's game through injury.

Was amusing that the Woodford No4 last night shouted something to us about how 'that goal just saved our managers job...."

Oh yeah, and "we're 2 leagues below you, so you're proud of yourselves now are you?"
Poor bloke.

They should be more concerned about their own boss. I'm told they looked better last night but on Saturday they managed one shot (from 25 yards) other than the penalty. They had players who looked more out of shape than I did when I played (which, before MF chimes in, is saying something !)

They were gracious in defeat then?
