The podcast is now up. It includes a cat, a few dodgy pronounciations and a bold prediction.
Enjoy!

I could have predicted another 2-0 or 1-0 win but that would just be dull!

Would settle for a point but travel in hope! Whilst their record this year is one to respect I don't think we have anything to fear if we put in a performance. Another clean sheet would be great, they seem to have some decent players going forward. Perhaps their keeper is a weak link, a little bit of a debate on their site as to whether he should be in the team, let's hope we can put him (or his replacement) under pressure.

Would be worth every penny if we get a result there!
As far as I know, it's the most expensive ground, but only by 50p (Chelmsford is £12.50)

Poor from them. Don't forget the parking as well. Certainly won't be buying anything in the ground!

There has been some consternation about the prices at Salisbury down here. It used to be quite cheap for concessions, £3 I think, and quite a few of the lads from the 6th form at my son's school used to go. Not any more. £13 is steep for non league. I went to the Oxford City game at GGL before Christmas and thought £12 was a bit much to be honest but at least you don't pay to park at our place. I know some of the travelling Us have been known to sample a half or two of local beer before a game. My recommendation for ale lovers would be the Wyndham Arms, on the Ring Road near St Mark's roundabout. Hop Back Brewery and a proper "beer" pub. Not good for food though (crisps & nuts territory only). There is a 'Spoons on Fisherton St. 5 minutes walk from the station (Kings Head) with a decent range of beers. The Haunch of Venison near the Market Square (look for HSBC bank) does decent food, HopBack beer and is a very old pub, it even features a mumified hand of unknown origins and local legend in a display case! There are no pubs near the ground.
As for the game, I think a point would be a real result tomorrow.

Some of us rail travellers have already arranged to meet up with the Salisbury crew in the Haunch of Venison at 11.30 tomorrow morning. I hope the inevitable pub crawl that ensues will take in the Wyndham Arms. I guess that we'll wind up in the Anchor & Hope, as we did last season, before cabs to the ground. Salisbury are undefeated at home this season, and only two clubs (Boreham Wood and Maidenhead) have managed draws there. So most of us would be quite satisfied with a point! The main challenge for our defence will be keeping shackles on Jamie White.

According to Twitter there's no Jamie Stuart in the line up today. Any idea why?
