So with our last game being abandoned at half time at York Road whilst being 3-2, we take on local rivals Bromley in the South London Derby down at GGL. With Macc beating Woking today, this is the ultimate must win game or our title hopes are much more slimmed...
Should be around 3,000 at GGL, a great atmosphere behind the goal and Bromley should bring around 300 Away fans if not more. Will be a very tough game as all derby games are! 3 points is the only result we need!
COME ON SUTTON!!!

Bromley are set to be without their experienced centre back Roger Johnson (who played in the Premier League for Birmingham City), shown a straight red today in their 1-1 draw with Wrexham.
A testing game is still in prospect.

What’s everyone’s thoughts going into this one then? Interested to know after our abandonment yesterday and Macc going 6 points clear and with us having a game in hand.

Heavy rain (turning to snow over high ground) is forecast for tomorrow. Our game on the 3G should be OK, but there's a strong possibility that some other VNL matches get called off. That could make things interesting!

Despite what it says in today's NLP, Easter Monday's game v Bromley is definitely a 3.00pm kick-off.

To avoid any "confusion".........tomorrow's game is segregated, all Sutton supporters are to come in via the Gander Green Lane entrances only please , the Collingwood Road Entrance is for visiting Bromley fans.

Probably also worth mentioning that BT Sport will probably take up half the car park again so those with car park passes may struggle to find a space, certainly beyond 1.30-2 it's virtually impossible on days BT Sport are in

That's a very good point Johnnie, thank you. However, we did recognize the issues caused by our last live game and have significantly restricted the number of vehicles that BT will be permitted to park. There will still be difficulties but hopefully not as bad as previously.

The games at Torquay and Wrexham are both on, but plenty of others further down the pyramid are off.
Orient were due to play Maidenhead today; a certain poetic justice in that one being called off?

Dreadful performance. Congratulations to Macclesfield. Would like to see Collins back in the middle with Thomas and the other Thomas back in. I’m assuming Collins can get the red card rescinded! Can’t think of a single player who won their individual battle.

Utterly dismal. Wish the Lady Godiva had been shut today.
Only positive was that we won the abysmal refereeing decisions 2-1. Butler should have seen red, the 3rd Bromley goal should have stood...but the Collins sending off was bizarre.
Fight on to make sure of 2nd/3rd based on that.

Wrong tactics, no passion from the team, deserved loss, hard for me to take this one! Players didn’t really show up in a local derby and when pushing for the league..... somethings not right!
