It would appear that the new signings will not include Fraser Franks (as mentioned earlier in this thread) as according to Twitter, he has signed a one year contract with Welling.

..I am sure that within the next week DOS will announce the new signings, hopefully that will include a proven goal scoreing forward.

The problem is that the club will not say who is signing until they actually have. I know that Dos has been away and he is making deals but I know the club won't announce anything until they commence training.
