Really Delboy? I can remember you making such a statement quite a few years ago about how we should beat that afternoons opponents comfortably. We didn't, we drew. Long time ago but I still remember the conversation if not who we were playing. Still, why should I burn your chips mate - you believe what you want to. Personally, I'd rather be fallible like most humans. Bit late joining the fray Sal. Perhaps Farnboro's result on Saturday may suggest their inactivity has not caused them as much harm as Mr BF originally suggested or indeed hoped? I stand by my statement but apologise if I caused so much distress in making it. These bloody football forums can ruin your life, best be careful. It was Dover in the Fa Cup & we did go through after a draw.

I'd expect Dos or one of the team to be at Westleigh Park tonight - the rearranged game between Havant and Farnborough is on.

Farborough fans forum was held recently. This is what one fan reported back to their online forum:
Steve Duly opened with the statement that "any discussion re the conditions, set by the Comference, cannot be discussed under an agreement clause between the League and the Club.
Spencer confirmed that we are now probably the MOST complied Club in the whole League!!
Extremely pleased with Saturday, the performanc of the players after a long lay off, and the attendance at very short notice. Thanked all that helped Mark with the leaflet distribution. Paddy Powers gesture at the end sealed a fine day.
Ironically, a 1100 free crowd, through use of the bars, tea bars and programmes etc., generated a bigger nett profit on the day than an average 450 paying attendance last season!! Is that possible ?
Now the task is to hang on to those that attended, AND increase it.
Volunteer Management committee, under Kevin Dyer, to be set up to organise further publicity options.
Entry Fees to be reduced to £10-00 Adult and £5 concessions, INCLUDING A PROGRAMME!!!
The intention is to make Farnborough F.C. the cheapest football in the area, and encourage the 'floaters'.
Schools of the day to be continued again by Mark.
Paddy Power has purchased an enormous amount of new kit, for which the Club is very grateful, and a new kit for next year is under discussion ( NOT green as someone asked!! )
Zoo again to sell the club shop stock.
P.Powers sponsorship will continue next season, but not as main shirt sponsor.
PRE. Components to complete it have been ordered, and it is hoped to be open in approx a month, after final safety checks and passing the authorities tests.
Kitchen similarly, and a potential new Bar and Catering Manger is being interviewed.
A new FREE SEASON TICKET scheme is being floated, and details will be out in around very shortly!
The idea, basically, is to sign up for one, and recieve and use it FOC up to Dec 31st, but pay for the second half from January 1st.
Exact details are to follow, but that's how I understand it. Sounds a good deal.
Farnborough Football Club Ltd and Farnborough Fotball and soacial Club Limited have now been replaced by a new Company Boro F.C., which is the holding company of Farnborough F.C.

'Boro lost 2-1 to Havant tonight!! So hopefully 3 games in 7 days will tire them and we can take advantage of it!
